About our shadesAll fabric shades are washable subject to the instruction on the back of the Tag attached on the shade. Dimensions are measured by Top x Bottom x Slant. All shades are measured from wire to wire (flat side to flat side, except hexagon shades are measured point to point).
WarrantyMonter Lite shades are made with the finest materials and workmanship. We are responsible for manufacturing defects. Claims with the invoice numbers need to be made within 7 days upon receipt of delivery. Shipping PolicyWe normally deliver orders with ground services by Fedex/UPS. If you need other services, please let us know before placing the order. We will see whether we can make it. Payment TermsFor individual customers, we accept payment by "Visa", "Master Card", "American Express", "Discover" and "Paypal" only. For corporate accounts, please select payment by "purchase order" when check out. You will pay according to your approved credit terms. ReturnsShades can be returned within 14 days in original product wrapping and conditions. All returns must ship with our approved RGA form. For returns due to customer errors, customer need to ship the returns back to us at your own expenses and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Credit or refund will be issued after inspection by our warehouse. BackordersWe will ship out the backorders automatically when the merchandise become available unless you advise us differently. We accept your cancellation of backorders before it is shipped.
